At Airoldi Auto Design, we have been building trucks for years — both as customers and as builders. Through that experience, we’ve learned how difficult it can be to find shops that not only deliver quality work, but also treat their customers with respect, honesty, and clear communication.With backgrounds in hospitality and customer service, AAD was built around creating a client experience unlike anything else in the industry. Our goal is to guide clients through the entire build process, working alongside them every step of the way so they feel supported, informed, and confident in every decision. Our goal is to give every client a truly custom VIP experience, resulting in the truck of your dreams and a fantastic experience along the way.1. Complimentary Build Design ConsultationEvery client begins with a two-part consultation process.Discovery Session – We learn your vision, goals, and how you plan to use your truck. From there, we determine whether your build is best suited for one of our pre-designed packages or a fully custom build approach.Plan Presentation – We present a clear build direction tailored to your budget and goals, including options such as cash purchase, full build financing, phased progressive build program, or a DIY “build-in-box” style plan.2. Build ExecutionOnce the plan is approved, your vehicle is dropped off at one of our certified AAD facilities where the build process begins. Throughout the project, we maintain oversight and communication to ensure all work aligns with the agreed design and quality standards.Clients receive consistent updates throughout the build, including progress photos and status updates so you’re never left guessing where your project stands.3. AAD CertificationBefore delivery, every build undergoes a final quality review to ensure it meets AAD standards for fitment, finish, and overall execution. Only builds that meet these criteria are approved as AAD Certified.4. Final Preparation & DetailEach truck is professionally detailed and fully prepared for delivery to ensure it is presented at its absolute best.5. VIP Reveal ExperienceThe final reveal is designed to match the significance of the build itself. This includes a staged or surprise-style unveiling, professional photo and video capture, and the option to include family or friends for the experience.Clients also receive a personalized care package as part of their delivery, to personally thank them for trusting AAD, and providing resources to keep their build in like-new condition for years to come
